Overview

Khan Meat Pointe sells halal meat for delivery. The platform has two parts: a customer storefront, and a full back office that runs orders, deliveries, marketing and analytics.

It also includes a dedicated seasonal module for Eid-ul-Azha (Qurbani) orders.

The challenge

Everyday grocery delivery and Qurbani ordering are different problems. Regular orders are about a smooth basket and reliable delivery; Qurbani is a seasonal ordering process with its own flow. The platform needed to support both without making the everyday store more complicated, and give the team the tools to run deliveries and marketing behind it.

What I built

Storefront

  • The halal meat delivery store.
  • A separate Eid-ul-Azha (Qurbani) ordering module for the season.
  • Stripe payments and map-based location features with Google Maps and Leaflet.

Admin back office

  • Order management.
  • A delivery engine.
  • Marketing tools.
  • Analytics.

Tech & architecture

  • Angular 21 with server-side rendering.
  • NgRx for state across the storefront and back office.
  • Angular Material and Tailwind CSS.
  • Stripe, Google Maps and Leaflet.

Outcome

The business runs its everyday delivery store and its seasonal Qurbani orders on one platform, with orders, deliveries, marketing and analytics managed from a single back office.
